At RF Thunder, we provide challenging opportunities for learning and growth. Our S.T.A.R. (Success, Talent, Acceleration, Reflection) Program offers a variety of training courses, from junior level to senior level, from basic communications and presentation skills to group mentoring, as well as a strong leadership program. We are also part of RF Academy, a high- potential identification and fast-track mentor program delivered through an intensive immersion program. At each office we run effective Lunch & Learn sessions that include project handling, digital and social media, crisis management as well as speakers from different practices and offices. We also invite external speakers who bring us interesting, and diverse topics.
