Shanghai. 19 June 2012. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has selected RF Thunder, sister company of Ruder Finn, as its Agency of Record in China. RF Thunder will focus on building brand awareness, key message development and strategic PR projects, including new openings and campaign support for Four Seasons.

Previously, RF Thunder worked with Four Seasons on its Chinese luxury lifestyle microsite launch in February 2012. This tailor-made online magazine is unprecedented in the hospitality industry in China.

Based in Toronto, Canada, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts currently has 86 properties in 35 countries and more than 50 projects under development. Four Seasons entered the Chinese market in 2002 with the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai. Since then, it has added hotels in Hong Kong, Macau, and most recently on the shores of West Lake in Hangzhou. Two additional properties are expected to open this year in Guangzhou and Shanghai at Pudong, with a dozen more currently in advanced stages of development.
